Vencho Art Studio specializes in watercolor painting workshops, conveniently located at 25 Hosier Lane , EC1A 9LQ , close to Farringdon Station. We offer introduction workshops for beginners and have more short-term courses for all levels.
Our studio is dedicated to providing insightful and relaxed art instruction, aimed at teaching professional painting knowledge while ensuring that the course content is not overly academic or complex. We hope to offer professional assistance to art enthusiasts with no prior painting experience who wish to develop their painting skills.
To ensure teaching quality, each workshop accommodates a maximum of six participants
MEET THE FOUNDER
Vencho Wang is a professional watercolor illustrator who has received multiple international illustration awards. With recognition from the Art Council England, she holds the Global Talent visa in the arts and has established her own teaching studio in London. As a freelance illustrator, she actively participates in various art projects and exhibitions.
While studying at the Cambridge School of Art, she discovered her passion for watercolor and honed her artistic talent in this medium. After graduating, she realized that a career as an artist and as a teacher are mutually beneficial. By sharing her painting experiences with amateurs, she can better summarize painting techniques and further advance as an artist. As a result, she founded this watercolor studio to popularize watercolor techniques to the public.
Her favorite painting tool is a chopstick that she sharpened by herself. All the ink textures in her artwork are created by this DIY chopstick.
